MTA 2024, the Ho Chi Minh International Machinery Manufacturing Technology Exhibition, kicked off at the Ho Chi Minh City Exhibition Centre from 9-15 July and attracted a lot of attention as one of the four major machine tool and hardware exhibitions in Asia.
This time, the ATW team exhibited a number of highlight products with tungsten steel milling cutters, carbide inserts--especially threaded inserts, cast iron turning, integral carbide shaped non-standard customised series of cutting tools, etc., which gained the good comments and recognition from a number of overseas distributors and end-users.

New coating process, highly consistent fibre structure of titanium carbon nitride coating, strengthened coating hardness and wear resistance, especially suitable for turning ductile cast iron.
Excellent coating bonding strength, unique post-treatment process, the use of the second generation of crystal system transition CVD coating technology, the perfect combination of fibre structure titanium carbon nitride and fine-grained alumina, the bonding strength between the coatings has been greatly improved, forming a strong coating that is not easy to flake off.
Unique coating post-treatment process effectively eliminates the internal stress of the blade and improves the impact strength, and the appearance of the front black and back yellow appearance improves the wear recognition of the edge.
P series are high-performance cemented carbide milling cutters, including flat head milling cutters, ball end milling cutters, circular milling cutters and so on. According to the characteristics of various materials to be processed, the use of targeted base material and coating process, effectively improve the wear resistance of the tool, inhibit the extension of longitudinal cracks, and improve the chipping resistance of the coating.
